WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns of regular priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving the item.  No exchanges.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

All products returned must be unused, unworn, unscratched soles, and in original packaging (tissue & box.)

To Return Your Order:

Please email info@ocollectionshoes.com to notify us regarding your return. Return your items to the address below within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your original order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. O. Collection does not refund shipping, tax or duty charges.

HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We have standard shipping. 

Please allow 48 hours for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped via USPS.

For pre-orders please allow 4-6 weeks for items to be shipped.

If you order in-stock items with your pre-order items, all parcels will be shipped at once. 

Please note that O. Collection is not liable for missing packages that are indicated as delivered.

If your package is missing please file a claim via USPS.
